cup-o-joe? i don't think so!


i just enjoyed a great cup of tea. reading for class late at night and a cup of tea just tops it off perfectly. i never started drinking tea until college when my roommate turned me onto it. i like chai tea with a little bit of skim milk. perfect. i know that my sister elizabeth is also starting to get into tea and i thoroughly encourage it and anyone else too. i don't like coffee at all so tea is a nice boost of energy. and drinking hot chocolate isn't the healthiest thing that i can be doing. i haven't expanded the kinds of tea that i drink but i definitely want to. if you have any suggestions just leave a comment. keep drinking tea: it's warm, caffeinated and good for you too!

green tea is one of the best kinds of tea for you and jasmin green tea is one of my favorites! peppermint tea is good when you don't need the caffeine, but want want something warm.
